Air Fryer Breakfast Cookies (2 points)

4 servings (1 cookie each)


Ingredients:

2/3 cup uncooked quick oats

2 tbsp unsweetened peanut powder

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1 pinch ground cinnamon

1/2 medium banana, ripe and mashed

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp molasses

22 g Everland cranberries, chopped


Directions:

Mix all the ingredients until uniform. Divide into 4 equal portions.

Air fry @ 390F for approximately 10 minutes.


Suggested Serving: Serve with fruit.
