Ingredients:
2 medium bananas, ripe
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a 2 cup oven proof ramekin by lightly spraying it with oil. Set aside.
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until the bananas are broken down.
Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and cooked through.
Suggested Serving: Serve with berries.
