Ingredients:
1 cup plain 0% oikos pro yogurt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
33g good protein chocolate milk powder
4 tbsp chia seeds
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine, ensuring that the chia seeds do not clump.
Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight.
Stir before dividing into 2 equal portions and serve with fruit.
