Marinated Chickpeas

6 servings (1/3 cup each)


Ingredients:

2 cup cooked/canned and drained chickpeas

40g kalamata olives, diced

40g roasted red peppers, diced

1 lemon, zest and juice

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp date powder

1 tsp dried dill

1 tsp dried parsley

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes


Directions:

Combine all the ingredients.

Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
