Alfredo Sauce (5 points)

4 servings (1/4 mixture each) Ingredients: 8 oz 2% cottage cheese 4 oz parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp italian seasoning Directions: Blend the cottage and parmesan cheese until it has broken down and is smooth. Add to a saucepan on medium low. Add the garlic powder and italian seasoning. Mix and heat for about 5 minutes, or until hot and the cheese has melted. Thin with (a little at a time) hot water to desired consistency. Suggested Serving: Use as a sauce on veggies or meat.
