Ingredients:
5 oz apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
0.5 oz uncooked rolled oats
0.5 oz fiber one cereal
0.5 oz chopped pecans
1 oz unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat over to 375F. Prepare a 2 cup dish by lightly spraying with oil. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the apple, lemon juice and 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon. Mix well and place in the prepared baking dish. Set aside.
Using the same bowl, add 0.5 oz uncooked rolled oats, 0.5 oz crushed fiber one cereal, chopped pecans, 1 oz applesauce, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Mix well. Place on top of the apple mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Suggested Serving: Can be served hot, cold or reheated.
