Ingredients:
2 apples, cored and diced
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1/4 oz chopped pecans
1/4 oz sliced almonds
1/2 oz pumpkin seeds
4 oz 0% siggi's yogurt
Directions:
Gently mix all the ingredients together and serve.
Suggested Serving: Serve as a side dish or all on it's own.
