Asian Coleslaw (1 point)

4 servings (1/2 cup each)


Ingredients:

1/2 cup 0% siggi's yogurt

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp date powder

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 pkg coleslaw mix

2 green onions, sliced


Directions:

Mix all the first 6 ingredients together to make the dressing. Set aside.

To a large bowl, add the coleslaw mix and green onions. Add the dressing and mix well.


Suggested Serving: Serve as a side dish.
