Asian Salad (5 points)

2 servings (1/2 salad each)


Ingredients:

12 oz Mann's Power Blend Superfood

2 oz snow peas, sliced

12 oz mandarin orange, segments

1 oz sliced almonds

1/2 oz sunflower seeds

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp soy sauce


Directions:

In a large salad bowl, combine the veggies, oranges, nuts and seeds. Mix well. Set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk up the sesame oil, vinegar and soy sauce. Add to the salad. Mix until everything is coated.

Serve cold.
