Banana Rice Pudding (3 points)

Ingredients:

4 oz cooked brown rice

3 oz 0% siggi's yogurt

2 oz banana, ripe and mashed

1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp vanilla extract

1 pinch nutmeg

1 pinch table salt


Directions:

In a small bowl, add all the ingredients. Mix well.

Serve chilled.


Suggested Serving: Serve with fresh fruit and chopped nuts.
