Ingredients:

4 large eggs

1 cup plain fat free greek yogurt

3 tbsp splenda

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F.

Spray 4, 1 cup oven safe ramekins. Set aside.

Add eggs, yogurt, splenda, cornstarch and vanilla to a blender. Blend until mixed.

Divide the batter, evenly into the prepared ramekins and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.


Suggested Serving: Serve with fresh fruit or preserves and cool whip.
