Ingredients:

1 pound uncooked ground turkey breast

1/2 tsp table salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

3/4 tsp garlic powder, divided

2 tsp worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup uncooked onion, diced

1/4 cup dill pickle, diced

6 tbsp plain fat free greek yogurt

1 tbsp light mayonnaise

1 tbsp sugar free ketchup

1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

1 tbsp dill pickle juice

1 tsp mustard

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp paprika


Directions:

Spray a large skillet and heat on medium high heat. Add the ground turkey breast and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink. Reduce heat to medium.

Add the salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and worcestershire sauce. Mix.

Add the diced pickles and onions. Cook for another minute. Set aside.

Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, pickle juice, mustard, onion and 1/4 tsp garlic powder and paprika together to make a sauce.

Add the sauce to the cooked ground turkey mixture. Mix and serve.


Suggested Serving: Serve on bread, pita or bun with cheese, shredded lettuce, extra pickles and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
