Ingredients:
3 uncooked chicken breasts
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 egg
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs and spices in a shallow bowl. Set aside.
Beat an egg in another shallow bowl.
Dip the chicken breast in egg, then dredge in bread crumb mixture.
Repeat for the other 2 chicken breasts.
Cook in a sprayed air fryer at 390F for 10 minutes, flip and cook for another 5-10 minutes or until chicken is done.
Suggested Serving: These chicken breasts can alternatively be baked in the oven at 350F. Bake for 15 minutes, turn each piece over and continue baking for an additional 12-15 minutes.
Variations: Fish - substitute fish fillets instead of chicken breasts. Cooks faster than the chicken breasts, about 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish.
