Ingredients:
2 broghies
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Break up broghies into chunks and add to blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until broghies are broken down.
Pour crumb coating into a shallow dish.
Roll meat in crumbs until coated.
Spray with oil spray and air fry or bake in the oven until chicken is cooked through.
