Brownie Rounds (1 point)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup quick oats

1/2 cup splenda

1/2 cup cocoa

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

3/4 cup plain fat free greek yogurt

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 egg

1/4 cup lily's dark chocolate chips.


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a whoppie pie pan (12 - 3" wells) lightly with oil. Set aside,

Add all the ingredients 9except the chocolate chips) into a blender. Mix until combined and the oats are broken down

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Divide the batter (2 tbsp) into the 12 wells.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Cool completely and store in a covered container in the refrigerator or wrap individually and freeze.


Suggested Serving: Serve plain or add toppings and enjoy.
