Ingredients:
2 cups plum tomatoes, chopped
2 medium scallions, sliced
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp dried basil
Directions:
In a medium bowl, toss together the chopped tomatoes, sliced green onions, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and basil.
Suggested Serving: Serve on bread, toast, crackers, salad or meat.
