Buffalo Chicken Coleslaw (1 point)

2 servings (1/2 mixture each)


Ingredients:

14 oz pkg coleslaw mix

2 medium green onions, sliced

8 oz skinless rotissie chicken breast, chopped

3/4 cup fat free cottage cheese

1/4 cup 0% siggi's yogurt

2 tbsp frank's redhot thick sauce

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp table salt

1/4 tsp black paper

1/8 tso cayenne pepper


Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix,scallions and chopped or shredded chicken. Set aside.

Add the cottage cheese, yogurt, hot sauce, lemon juice, papriks, salt, pepper and cayenne to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the dressing to the coleslaw and chicken mixture. Mix and serve.
