Ingredients:
6 oz cooked shredded/canned chicken
6 oz 0% siggi's yogurt
2 oz light cream cheese
2 scallions, sliced
2 tbsp frank's hot sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1.5 oz shredded cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a 16 oz baking dish by lightly spraying it with oil. Set aside.
Combine all the ingredients except the cheese.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
Suggested Serving: Serve with raw vegetables.
