Caramel Apple Overnight Oats

1 serving


Ingredients:

1/3 cup rolled oats

10g salted caramel protein powder

10g fermented pea powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp apple pie spice

1/3 cup 2% high protein yogurt

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 tsp caramel extract

1/4 large apple, grated


Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together.

Store, at least overnight, in a covered container in the refrigerator. Eat warmed up slightly in the microwave or cold with fruit.
