Ingredients:
1 egg
3 oz apple, shredded
2 oz banana, ripe and mashed
1 oz carrot, shredded
2 drops vanilla extract
1 oz uncooked rolled oats
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp table salt
2 pinches ground nutmeg
1 pinch ground cloves
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a small 2 cup dish/pan by lightly spraying with oil. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the egg, apple, mashed banana, carrots and vanilla. Mix well.
Add the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and cloves. Mix to combine.
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
