Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
2 tbsp splenda
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp poppy seeds
1/8 tsp table salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until combined.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Suggested Serving: If the dressing is too tangy for you, add more sweetener to taste.
