Ingredients:
1 pound uncooked ground chicken breast
1 egg
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp dried parsley
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 4 wells of a 12 well muffin tin.
Mix all the ingredients together until fully incorporated.
Divide the meat mixture, evenly, into the 4 prepared wells.
Bake the muffins for 30-40 minutes or until they are cooked through.
