Ingredients:

1 tbsp splenda

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp minced ginger

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1 pound uncooked chicken breasts, cubed


Directions:

Add all the ingredients, other than the chicken, to a container. Mix well.

Add the chicken breast to the container. Mix well.

Marinate the chicken breasts for a minimum of 2 hours up to 24 hours.

Thread chicken onto skewers to grill or leave in cubes and air or pan fry until chicken is cooked through.


Suggested Serving: Serve with peanut sauce.
