Berry Chia Yogurt (2 points)

1 serving


Ingredients:

1/2 large banana, ripe

1 cup plain 0% siggi's yogurt

1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp chia seeds

6g good protein vanilla protein powder

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 cup mixed berries, whole or chopped


Directions:

In a small bowl, mash the banana.

Mix in the yogurt, milk, chia seeds, protein powder and cinnamon.

Fold in the berries. Cover and refrigerate overnight.


Suggested Serving: Serve with additional fruit and nuts.
