Chicken Souvlaki (0 points)

Ingredients:

1 pound chicken breast, cubed

1 tbsp minced garlic

2 tsp dried oregano

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1/2 lemon, juice and zest


Directions:

Combine everything, other than the chicken, to a large container. Add the chicken and toss until it is evenly coated.

Seal/cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or up to day.

Remove chicken and discard the leftover marinade.

Chicken can be threaded onto skewers and cooked on a grill or broiled in the oven until the chicken is cooked through.

Or the chicken chunks can also be air fried or pan fried until cooked through.
