Chicken Spinach Bake (3 points)

2 servings


Ingredients:

2 uncooked chicken breasts, pounded thin-medium

2 tsp italian seasoning

2 oz canned tomato sauce

2 oz frozen spinach, thawed

2 oz light cheese, shredded


Directions:

Season your chicken by lightly spraying both sides with oil and sprinkling with Italian seasoning.

You can air fry, pan fry or bake (400F) the chicken breasts until cooked. Remove and set the oven to broil.

Top each chicken breast with an ounce of tomato sauce and spread. Add the ounce of thawed chopped spinach, then sprinkle on an ounce of light cheese.

Pop the chicken breasts back into the air fryer or oven and broil for a few minutes until the cheese has melted. Watch carefully so it doesn't burn.
