4 servings (1 tbsp each)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tsp lime zest
1 tbsp no added sugar pancake syrup
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a small jar.
Seal and shake until well combined.
If using as a marinade, place meat or fish into a container. Pour marinade over the meat or fish, cover and store in the fridge for a half hour up to 24 hours. Cook as usual. Discard unused marinade.
If using as a dressing, make sure to mix before using.
Suggested Serving: Great for marinating fish, poultry or pork. Also great as a salad dressing or taco dressing.
