2 servings (1/2 mixture each)
Ingredients:
1 cup 0% plain siggi's yogurt
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tbsp unflavoured gelatin powder
4 tsp date powder
Directions:
Add the gelatin to the almond milk. Let soften for a couple of minutes.
Add all the ingredients into a blender.
Blend until combined and smooth.
Pour into 2 small serving dishes.
Refrigerate for 2 hours prior to serving.
Suggested Serving: Add fruit, whipped cream, chopped chocolate or a sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa powder.
