Cottage Cheese Wraps

Ingredients:
8 oz fat free cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil. Set aside.
Blend up the cottage cheese, eggs and spices until the curds are broken down and the mixture is smooth.
Pour mixture onto the prepared pan. Tilt to cover the entire baking sheet and tap gently to insure no bubbles.
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Carefully remove from pan and cool on a tea towel to absorb some moisture. Cut in half and store between paper towels, in a covered container, in the refrigerator.
Suggested Serving: Great option for sandwich wraps.
