Cottage Cheese Basil Wrap (0 points)

2 servings (1/2 each)


Ingredients:

8 oz fat free cottage cheese

2 large eggs

1 1/2 tsp basil paste


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a quarter baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil. Set aside.

Blend up the cottage cheese and eggs until the curds are broken down and the mixture is smooth. Mix in the basil paste.

Pour mixture onto the prepared pan. Tilt to cover the entire baking sheet and tap gently to insure no bubbles.

Bake for 20 minutes, with a loose piece of tin foil, covering the pan.

Remove the foil and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes.

Carefully remove from pan and cool on a tea towel to absorb some moisture. Cut in half and store between paper towels, in a covered container, in the refrigerator.


Suggested Serving: Great option for sandwich wraps.
