2 servings (1/2 cup each)
Ingredients:
3/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/4 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp swerve icing sugar
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
You could leave it chunky too but I prefer it smooth.
I used to add chocolate protein powder to my cottage cheese, never thought of blending it up to make it smooth
