Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients:
2 tbsp kodiak buttermilk protein pancake mix
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese
1 large egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients until the cottage cheese is broken down.
Make one large pancake or 2-3 smaller ones. Careful flipping them as they can be fragile.
