Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, blended
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
21g light tex mex cheese
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 oz turkey pepperoni, chopped
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and microwave for 20-35 seconds.
Suggested Serving: Serve with baked pita chips and/or raw vegetables.
