Cranberry Pecan Granola (1 personal point)

8 servings (1/4 cup)


Ingredients:

2 cups uncooked rolled oats

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp table salt

48 gm, 1/4 cup reduced sugar craisins

36 gm, 1/3 cup chopped pecans

3 tbsp mrs.butterworth's nsa pancake syrup

1 egg white


Directions:

Preheat oven to 325F. Prepare a baking sheet by lightly spraying it with oil. Set aside.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Spread the mixture, thinly, on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally and rotating the sheet to prevent burning. Cool completely.

Crumble and store in a covered container.
