Ingredients:
1 7/8 tbsp light cream cheese
2 tbsp 0% plain siggi's yogurt
1 tbsp italian dressing mix
1 tbsp carrots, shredded
1 tbsp green pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp scallions, finely chopped
2 orowheat keto tortillas
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the tortillas.
Lay out the tortillas and add half the cream cheese mixture to each tortilla.
Spread out the cream cheese filling evenly over each tortilla and tightly roll up each one.
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, slice the roll up into 1/4" slices.
Suggested Serving: Great as an appetizer or snack.
Have made these for years with assorted fillings-so good and a great make ahead when you have lots of company on a wkd.
