Date Caramel Sauce

8 servings (1 tbsp each)


Ingredients:

170g medjool dates, stems and pits removed

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 pinch salt


Directions:

If the dates are soft, blend all the ingredients until completely broken down. If the dates are harder, cover them with boiling water for about 10 minutes, then drain before blending all the ingredients.

Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
