Easy Wor Wonton Soup

5 servings (3 asian meatballs + 4 wontons + 1/5 veggies & broth)
Ingredients:
15 asian meatballs (see recipe)
6 cups fat free chicken broth
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
500g pc asian style vegetable blend
20 bibigo korean style mini wontons
Directions:
Make the asian meatballs.
While the meatballs are cooking, add the chicken broth to a large soup pot, on high heat.
Add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil. Bring to a boil.
Add the frozen veggie blend and mini wontons.
When the meatballs are cooked, add in the meatballs.
Divide, evenly, into 5 servings. Serve hot.
