Egg Nog Yogurt (1 point)

2 servings (1/2 cup each)


1 cup 0% siggi's yogurt

2 tsp date powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1 pinch ground cloves

1 dash rum extract (optional)


Directions:

Add all the ingredients together and stir until thoroughly combined.

Chill for at least 30 minutes, to allow the flavours to meld, before serving.
