Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey breast
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp dried cilantro
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Divide into 4 equal amounts and shape into patties.
Patties can be grilled, pan fried or air fried. Cook until cooked through and no longer pink.
Suggested Serving: Serve with sriracha flavoured coleslaw.
