Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked rolled oats
1/2 cup splenda
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp table salt
4 medium bananas, ripe and mashed
2 large eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
72 gm no sugar added chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare an 11" x 9" pan by lightly spraying with oil. Set aside.
Combine the oats, splenda, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Combine the bananas, eggs and applesauce.
Add the banana mixture to the oats mixture and mix until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and scrape batter into the prepared pan
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
