Greek Chicken (0 points)

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts

3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

2 tbsp greek seasoning

2 tsp minced garlic


Directions:

Put the 4 chicken breasts into a container. Set aside.

In a small bowl combine the lemon juice, vinegar, greek seasoning and minced garlic. Mix well.

Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts, seal container and allow them to marinate for at least 1/2 hour up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.

Grill, broil, air or pan fry the chicken breasts until cooked. Throw away excess marinade.

Slice up the chicken and serve.


Suggested Serving: Serve with greek salad and cauliflower rice.
