Greek Salad (2 points)

4 servings (1/2 cup)


Ingredients:

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp greek seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp dill weed

1 cup grape tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, chopped

1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped

1/2 cup red onion, chopped

2 oz kalamata olives, sliced

2.5 oz light feta cheese, crumbled or cubed


Directions:

In a jar combine the lemon juice, vinegar, greek seasoning, garlic powder and dill weed. Cover with a lid and shake up to mix. Set aside.

In a small bowl combine the tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, onion, olives and feta cheese.

Give the dressing a quick mix and pour over the salad. Toss to mix.
