Green Onion Cakes (2 points)

4 servings (4 pieces each)


Ingredients:

1/2 cup kodiak mix

1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt

2 tsp sesame oil

1/2 cup green onions, sliced


Directions:

Make the 2 ingredient dough by combining the kodiak mix with the yogurt. Stir until it comes together and turn out onto a floured surface. Knead a few times.

Cut the dough into 2 pieces and roll them out to about 6" round.

Take the sesame oil and paint both rounds, 1 tsp each. Divide the green onions and sprinkle on each round.

Roll each round up like a jelly roll. Then take the roll and wind it up like you would a cinnamon bun.

Roll each bun flat into another 6" round.

Spray a non-stick frying pan with oil and then fry each round on medium heat until browned, then flip and fry the other side.

Cut each round into 8 pieces.


Suggested Serving: Serve with Thai sweet chili sauce.
