Ingredients:
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
Mix the dry spices together.
Dry your fish fillets with a paper towel.
Lightly coat the fish in the dry spice mixture. Tap lightly with your fingers to make the spices stick.
Cook the fish by frying, air frying or baking in the oven until done
Suggested Serving: Can be used on most fish.
