Kodiak English Muffin (1 personal points)

Ingredients:

2 1/2 tbsp kodiak mix

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 pinch table salt

1 tbsp plain fat free greek yogurt

1 tbsp egg white


Directions:

In a small bowl, add the kodiak mix, baking powder and salt. Mix well.

Add in the yogurt and egg white. Mix until well combined. Set aside.

Heat a sprayed skillet on medium high heat.

Using wet hands, shape the dough into a round disc approximately 3" in diameter.

Place in the skillet and brown both sides.

Microwave for 25-30 seconds. Cool. slice and toast.
