Ingredients:
1 cup kodiak mix
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
9 eggs, divided
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly spray 8 squares of a 12 square bar pan. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl combine the kodiak mix with the almond milk and an egg. Mix until well combined.
Divide the batter equally (2 tbsp) into the 8 squares of the prepared bar pan.
Crack an egg into each square, over your pancake batter. Pierce the yolk.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Suggested Serving: Serve sprinkled with real bacon bits and dried parsley or drizzle with no added sugar pancake syrup.
