Layered Jello Whips (0 points)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup berries or fruit

1 package sugar free jello powder, divided

1 cup boiling water, divided

2/3 cup water (or sparkling water), divided

1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt


Directions:

Spray 4 ramekins lightly with oil. This is very important!

Divide up the 1/2 cup of fruit amongst the 4 ramekins. Set aside.

Add 1/2 of the contents of sugar free jello pouch to a bowl.

Add 1/2 cup of boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.

Add 1/3 cup of cold water (or sparkling water). Mix well and pour into the ramekins. Refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours.

Add the other half of the jello powder to another bowl.

Add the other 1/2 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add the other 1/3 cup of cold water (or sparkling water). Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Add the contents of the bowl and the 1/2 cup of yogurt to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds.

Pour the blended mixture, evenly, over the set fruit and jello and chill again for another 2 hours.

Hey Karen- I know you say the oil is important, but if you're not going to turn the dessert out (eat out of the bowl), is it necessary? Thanks!
