4 servings (1/2 cup each)
Ingredients:
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups riced cauliflower
1/2 lemon, juice and zest
1 tsp greek seasonings
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried parsley
Directions:
Spray a large skillet and heat over medium high heat.
Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the riced cauliflower and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients and continue cooking until heated through.
