London Fog Overnight Oats

3 servings (1 serving each)
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
3 tbsp chia seeds
20g good protein vanilla milkshake protein powder
20g fermented pea powder
1 cup 2% high protein yogurt
1 1/2 cups cold steeped earl grey tea
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Divide, evenly, into 3 containers with lids.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve, cold or slightly warmed in the microwave with fruit, nuts or seeds.
