Mango Coleslaw (0 points)

4 servings (1/2 cup each)


Ingredients:

1 14 oz bag of cole slaw mix

2 cups frozen mango, thawed

1/2 cup fresh cilantro

1/2 cup green onion, sliced

2 tbsp lime juice

2 tsp no added sugar pancake syrup

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp celery salt


Directions:

In a medium bowl, empty the bag of cole slaw mix.

Add the mango, cilantro and green onion. Set aside.

In a small jar, add the lime juice, syrup, chili powder and celery salt. Screw on the lid and shake up the dressing.

Add the dressing to the slaw and toss until combined.


Suggested Serving: Serve with black bean tacos, fish tacos or anytime you need a yummy side dish.

Hi. Is the serving size of 1/2 cup correct? It seems like there would be more than four at that size?
