Mexican Chicken Burgers (0 points)

Ingredients:

1 pound ground chicken breast

1 egg

1/4 tsp table salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp cilantro, dried

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp paprika

2 tsp minced garlic

2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp onion powder


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine the ground chicken, egg, cilantro, garlic and spices in a medium bowl, mixing until thoroughly combined.

Divide into 4 equal burgers. Wetting your hands while making the burgers stops them from sticking to your hands.

Place burgers on a sprayed, parchment lined or silicon mat cookie sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes, flipping the burgers over at 15 minutes.


Suggested Servings: Serve with salsa, fat free plain greek yogurt and sliced green onions.
